​Dance is my medicine. Dance transforms me, connects me to my own inner power, makes me feel alive, expanded, present, joyful, in Love.
​With the support of ceremonial cacao, “The food of the Gods”, as the Mayans called it, we are able to naturally connect to our true self, to a greater perspective on life, and to see our way creatively through challenges and change. 
In our Sacred Cacao Ceremony and Dance events, we gather, we pray, we drink ceremonial cacao, we connect with ourselves and each other and we dance our prayers. Guided by the Spirit of Cacao and by powerful processes, music and dance, we enter a place of deep reflection and self-communion from which we can direct our awareness inside, listen deeply, enquire and allow the deepest aspects of ourselves to be revealed, to heal, to transform. We open to the field of Cosmic Consciousness together. We tap into the limitless source of ecstatic joy and bliss that is our true nature. We share the Joy of Being. We rest in the silence of our own Being.
