I was born in Barcelona, Spain, in 1961. I lived in Spain for 32 years and migrated to Australia in 1993.
I live in the Blue Mountains in NSW.
I am a mother, a daughter, a sister, a tribe member, a friend, a mentor, a lover of life and an elder in training.
I work as a psychotherapist and facilitator.
My deepest passions in life are community, dance, women’s circles, rites of passage, celebrating life’s important transitions, honouring ceremonies, bringing ritual back into our lives and supporting people to open to every aspect of their humanness and to wake up to their true nature.
I have spent all my life trying to understand the split and disconnection that I felt when I was very young. Even though I was born into a beautiful loving family, I always felt like fish out of water. I was a very angry young girl and I literally hated life and the world. After many years of struggle that led me to getting involved with alcohol and drugs for 12 years, culminating in becoming a heroin addict for 6 years, I was touched by grace. That’s the only way I can explain how I got myself cleaned up and started living life for the first time.
Many years of therapy and self-enquiry led me to realise that I was looking for answers on the outside when all I was longing for was my true self.

This Rumi poem describes beautifully what I discovered:
“I have lived on the lip of insanity, wanting to know reasons, knocking on a door. It opens. I've been knocking from the inside.” Since then, I have been devoted to discovering that it’s possible to live a fulfilled and happy life, a life of wholeness and deep connection even in the midst of painful experiences. I have learnt from many practitioners and spiritual teachers, participated in Satsang for many years, ceremonies, women’s circles and groups, and organised many retreats and events that have given me the opportunity to work closely with many inspirational teachers from whom I have learned a lot.

Over these years I have delved into deep self-enquiry, have studied the Enneagram and other different therapeutic modalities, have obtained an Advanced Psychotherapy Accreditation, and I have trained as a Family Constellations facilitator.
The most profound realisation has been that to truly know who I am and to be fully here, alive, engaged with Life, I need to embrace every aspect of my humanness. The light and the shadow. All welcome. All included. This has transformed my life forever.
I am now absolutely committed to creating and holding Sacred Space for groups and individuals. Supporting people to remember their true nature; to connect with their deepest longing; to clear anything that is apparently in the way of living fulfilled lives; and to inhabit their bodies so fully that they can return to a state of intimate relationship and connection with all that is.
