One on One
The underlying intention in all my sessions is to support people to remember their true nature and to live fulfilled lives.
Helping people shine the light onto those adaptive parts that have been put in place as part of a very intelligent survival mechanism; releasing trauma from the body and psyche; and restoring the nervous system to a natural state of self-regulation.
I make use of many different Psychotherapy modalities such as: EFT, NLP, Hypnotherapy, the Enneagram, mindfulness, somatic work, Family Constellations and generational trauma release, internal family systems, etc.
I believe that we are already whole (even if we have forgotten!) and have within us full capacity to heal ourselves ("Heal": return to wholeness).
I bring deep love, respect and compassion into my work.
And some fun as well!
Couples
These sessions are for couples or any two individuals that are in any type of relationship that is in need of some attention.
The opportunity offered in these sessions is to improve communication skills, learn how to deeply listen to each other and be fully present for one another, recognise each other’s conditioning and attachment styles so you don’t take things personally, and make sure that the thread of connection is always there no matter what the other partner is going through.
Remembering the love you feel for each other, cultivating respect and trust and learning how to meet your partner’s and your own needs.
Honouring each other and growing up together.
